Have refunds display on the deposit

So the deposit matches the actual amount being deposited. And it reflects in the patient's account as $ lost not just an adjustment.

when you close a pt alert it should only close it for the day on the computer that you are on

I did not realize that when I click do not show again today on pt alerts that it did not show on any computers. Just because I do not need to see it again today does not mean that someone else in the office does not need to see it,

I would like an allert symbol added with a green dollar sign.
