Staff ID

We need to have the ability to change staff ID, so is easier to recognize who is the staff member instead of just numbers. The technology is so advanced is weird that part is not edited yet.

Batch removal of OLD treatment plans

This would be helpful if we could run a "Patch" that would remove OLD/expired treatment plans by specific time frame [i.e. say I wanted to remove ALL treatment plans older than 3yrs. for all patients.]

Keep the "Select Patient" Button in the upper left hand corner ALWAYS

The "Select Patient" button keeps moving around in every view- Ledger, Chart, Family File. Please keep the buttons in the same order on every page, on every view!

Dont require Home Number in Questionnaires

As long as the patient provide a phone number, the home number should not be listed as a required* field.

Make it to where you can adjust the font on Office Manager

The font in the Office Manager is entirely too small!!! We need to be able to adjust it. The inability of being able to change the font is worth changing software.

Allow for a longer first name

We have a lot of hispanic patients who have multiple names, often they have first names longer than what is allowed to put into the file. So we have to abriviate it which can affect how insurance gets the information.
