Viewing a Full Mouth Series in it's entirety, not one film at a time.

Why can't we view an entire FMX in one screen? At times the Doctor or Hygienist wants to view the FMX in full or compare it with a previous one, not as one x-ray at a time.

Use preferred name for confirmation reminders

When sending confirmations through the Hub via text or e-mail. A "token" needs to be added to include patient's "preferred name".

Would prefer to have the option back to change providers. In previous version we were able to change this as long as it wasn't moved to history. Now it also includes the inability for procedures that are linked to insurances claims. This means if we didn't happen to catch the error prior to creating and entering any payments we have the delete everything to recreate the claim to the correct provider. Dentrix has only created room for error for us, if we inadvertently deleted without making notes of when payment was made and amount per procedures. Also, version 23.2 does not allow us to copy and paste any claim notes related to the claims. These notes were beneficial for us current or future follow up and reference.

Pre-auth button

In the Dentrix Claims Manager, there should be a button/filter that gets rid of the claims that are pre-auths so you are looking at only claims that have been sent.

The customer created a lab case and when they looked at the patient's appointment, the 'L' symbol was not showing.
