Increase characters in Fill apointment text

We are limited to 160 characters in our text message when utilizing the Fill appointment feature. This is very inconvenient and I would like you to increase it back to 215 characters. When I have two openings for the same hygienist on the same day...

changing fee schedules

add a feature to change all assigned Fee Schedules for all patients at once. Example: all patients attached with Metlife can be changed to UCR because we are no longer a preferred provider with Metlife. Now we have to do it individually

Have BWX recall update when FMX is taken because BWX is included in FMX

bitewings are included in a full mouth series of x-rays. This prevents from scheduling bitewings unnecessarily.
