date range in the archived patient list
I would like a date range so that I can track it each month. I do not want to create my own custom list for this. Just add it to the archived patient list that is already there.

Report to find insurance claims in "Batched" status
Claims that are in "Batched" status have not been sent the insurance carrier electronically or printed. Once the claim is "Batched" it can't be batched again to be sent in a batch. It is in limbo until we run across the claim on the ledger saying ...

Save Report as .pdf
It would be great to be able to save a report from the office mgr as a .pdf rather than the only options of print or display. A report I'm working with is 411 pages and I really don't want to print it.

When searching a patient, once in a file within a patient’s chart, an alert will pop up stating that the patient or family member has a balance that is 30 or more days old.

Document Center/Printing/Attachments
It would be great if we could attachments documents to ins. claims that had been acquired from other sources! I currently have to print, then scan them in to be able to attach to documents to insurance claims. It would save so much time!

When confirming appts, use Y or N
The patient is able to either confirm or cancel their appt with one text. This will not reschedule the appt, but gives the office more notice of open appt they can fill.
