INs Claim follow up TRACER

I would love to have the Tracer option back for claim follow up, it is very helpful to audit which claims I need to call on and which ones I do not have to spend the time looking up to check to see if I did. Thank you so much!

Add lab fee per case to lab case manager report.

This will be useful when generating report for lab cases and the fees associated with each individual case.

Additional button in the status box of the 'Appointment Information' box that will change the color from grey to a lighter grey or some other color once we have received payment for the procedure and the ledger is balanced

This will allow a visual aid so we can quickly review the each day and see for which patients we are still awaiting payments
