Filter on Provider Credit Allocation Manager

Please provide a filter where ONLY accounts that need allocated would show up on the report. Would streamline this workload immensely. Currently showing about 105 credit balance accounts in this manager that don't need allocation.

Make sending e-statements automated

For billing and insurance coordinators to be able to make statements go out automatically. We should be able to send out mass statements by creating a setting for them to go out every so often and to which accounts they go out to. 30+, 90+ etc
