add per procedure cost on appointment information screen

sometimes the patient will ask specific questions about costs of one particular procedure. Would be convenient to be able to view that from the appointment information screen instead of just the total cost for the appointment.

When sending ins claim for patient without assignment of benefits checked, make default payment type blank

In Canada most offices do not accept assignment of benefits to the office. So when we send the insurance claim, dentrix asks us if we want to record a 0 payment which we do. But the Description is "Insurance payment-cheque". This is confusing sinc...

pt chart treatment put in then rejected treatment not to go away

at the present time once we chart treatment in the patient chart and then reject that treatment it completely disappears can we have it just have a color change? so it is still visible in the chart?

Document center needs an option to retrieve deleted docs

Sometimes you get in a rush and you may hit delete by mistake on a doc you didn't want to delete. there's no retrieving it. there should be a trash bin you can go retrieve it from like a comp op system.

Do Not Bill - Per Fee Schedule
