missing clinical notes

It would be very nice to have a report to print each day to make sure all patients have a clinical note attached to them.

Later time options for Birthday reminder

Our patients are receiving their "Happy Birthday" reminders via DemandForce at MIDNIGHT!! I've had upset pts because they believed there was an emergency when their phone buzzes in the middle of the night... There are no other options unless I tur...

Verifone machine to accept more than one doctor to process credit cards

We have two dentists in our practice and in the past through powerpay we were able to choose which dentist was to be paid through powerpay and it was integrated with dentrix. Now the new system for credit card charges only one dentist is integrate...

When viewing the appointment book, The preferred name should be in parentheses next to their name, not taking up a line in the appointment view.

Many appointments are only 2 units, not allowing to see the preferred name unless you "hover" over appointment.

Individual Color for Specific codes

It would to be able to attach a specific color to certain codes so we can see them on the tooth chart. It would really free up time as far as having to look into the details especially for watches.
