Have the ability to change the insurance for all employees of the same company

we had a patient come in with a new insurance card and we have many that work for that employer. It would have been so much easier to make the insurance change and then same change for all and have it change for all in that plan

Take off automatic send from e-billing, have cancel button to stop bills from going prematurely

It would be helpful to not have e-bills automatically "send" when you hit enter. The "send" button is highlighted to go if this is done and there is no way to cancel it. It would be better to need to actually click on send so bills do not go prema...

Be able to place an unscheduled or new patient on the ASAP/Will Call list. Someone who wants in, but can’t for quite some time.

Please bring back the automatic status update on the appointment book after the patient has submitted their kiosk questionnaire. Tech support told me this is no longer available in the Dentrix Hub.

Multiple payment arrangements on same family

Being able to have multiple payment arrangements for different people in the family would be so helpful! Also editing a payment arrangement without deleting the entire thing/ being able to put in custom pay dates for each month.

We do not use that feature when scheduling the next appointment. Just an annoying feature that we wouldn't mind being able to skip.

Dentrix name lengths
