Revenue report by procedure code

I am needing to print a report that shows the revenue by procedure code. Unfortunately there is not a report available of this type so I am going to have to manually do this for the year of 2019, which is going to take hours to do!

Export Provider Schedule to Calendar Program

More time allowed on questionnairres

Will you please consider adding more time before timing out on the questionnaires? A 2 min timeout is too short, especially with the elderly. They have to look up medications, medical conditions and such. Thank you
