perio select is in the wrong sort order in G7.3

Make the highest date at the top of the perio select, and verify it is always opening to the most recent exam

Please move the Notes button for Insurance info to the main family file maybe right next to the secondary Insurance botton. It needs to be easily accessible. And also make the button available from any module pts chart, ledger, appt book.

Patients with extensive treatment plans will know how much time to budget for treatment. This would be especially beneficial to patients who work and need to plan dental tx within their work schedule time constraints.

Alphabetize Unscheduled Appt. list

Having had to cancel so many patients recently with Covid-19, it would be helpful to be able to scroll through names on unscheduled patient list in Alphabetical order--since there are hundreds of patients on list.
