charting for root tips as a condition

We would like to be able to chart root tips as a condition, and have a graphic for it. This would be a more accurate documentation of the condition of the mouth, enabling accurate treatment planning.

Symbol on Appointment once the provider has signed the clinical note for that appt.

Huge time saver. Each provider will not have to open each clinical note to see if they have completed or signed the clinical note.

Allow us to view more than 10 providers per view on appointment book.

I have 23 providers in my appointment book and right now to view production numbers for all 23 I have to set up 3 views and calculate by hand. This seems like it'd be easy to just allow us to select all providers.

Simplify duplicate accounts

Would like a simpler way to merge duplicate accounts. Maybe have a place in Office Manager to view which patients have another account and be able to merge from one place rather than the continuous back and forth.

Pinboard pop ups

I am not happy about the Pop ups for the pinboard. It is time consuming, and we never needed it before. Now it takes longer to help the patient and a waste of time. Please allow us to be able to turn it off if we choose.
