need to track revenue by fee schedule number

we need a report that is easily run that will give us revnue generated by fee schedule number. We need to be able to evaluate revenue so we can determine when we need to drop certain insurance companies

appointments to be made with provider info

Be able to schedule on dentrix without having to click on provider to ensure the correct provider is chosen. Takes too much time away when efficiency is needed.
