The function/ criteria to Link a patient's information is very confusing. If you click Remove, the note appears as if it won't update, but then the patient might not be able to access things like a link to our website.
Meanwhile if you press Link, yet a patient recently typed in a phone number, will it over ride the existing phone number listed below? The family file shows each number but identified as mobile vs home, yet the Import Accounts feature only lists "number" what is it going to update the link to? Does it decipher mobile verse home?
