Add Journal Entry types

Make it so that you are not limited to "phone call", "miscellaneous", or "reminder" on the office journal. Would also like to add our own, for emails, texts, etc.

Can you add an autofill feature or patient information feature to the Covid screen form for the questions that do not change each time? Can you also add the option to medical hx form for No Changes if patient has no new info?

Preauth Aging Report to exclude inactive pt and to set date range

When running the preauth aging report, everything from since the beginning of the practice shows up including inactive patients. It would be great to be able to set date range and exclude inactive patients.
