Allow reordering of fee schedules and credit/charge adjustments

I'd like to reorganize so commonly used items are more accessible.

If patient is booking directly online, at the end of the page the button where the patient clicks on should say "BOOK NOW" instead of "submit request" so they know they are not requesting to book but are already securing an appointment

I have several patients with general annual max's and oral surgery max's but I cannot show the patient their actual estimate amounts without doing it in a very convoluted way. When added, currently it says it will not reflect on the estimates, but...

Restore function of creating secondary claims with attachments automatically copied from primary claim.

We upgraded from G4 to G7.3 and Dentrix no longer creates secondary claims automatically with the same attachments attached to the primary claim. Dentrix randomly picks what it thinks the secondary claim needs, which results in wrong documentation...
