Ever since the latest software update, the width of appointment book display is too wide to have open next to Patient chart.
It has made my clinical needs and documentations more difficult as the two displays compete for space and overlap. It was never a problem before.

Phasing treatment in Ledger
It would be very helpful to be able to phase treatment in the ledger where you can enter treatment in by the code. Also in the ledger it should show in order of phases like seen in treatment plan.

Remove inactive providers from provider list for prescriptions.
To narrow the search for the correct provider, we'd like to hide inactive providers that obviously aren't going to write a prescription.

Ability to print Electronic Statement Submission History.
Before the last update I could print a report for the Doctor from the Batch Processor in Office Manager. Please add print option.

Claims Deadline Date
I have found that there are insurance companies that require claims to be paid within 12 months, 15 months & even 18 months from the date of service. It would be nice to enter a higher number than 12.
