Notes in surance claims

Please quit locking the notes that are attached to adjustment. So that they can be viewed after the month has closed.

Ability to set all medical alerts to pop up

The ability to set all alerts on all patients to pop up would be nice. We have many alerts that were setup incorrect, so we don't get a pop up or alert icon on the patient chart. Manually changing each alert on each patient is very time consuming.

The character limit for "preferred pharmacy location" prevents entering a whole address.

Add a time stamp to the insert dateline in patient appt.

It is useful if you need to know a certain time the patient was called about their appointment. It would help to know if we need to call patient back within a certain time frame.
