we want to figure out how much we are writing off by being in network with insurance companies. there should be a way to run a report that can show what our production would be if we used our practice fee schedule compared to the actual production...

Copy medication list into the list of medications in patient health history

It would be much easier to be able to copy the medications list in the Rx area and paste into the medication list in the health history window. Right now you have to add each medication into the health history manually.

Is there a way to print a patient statement without having the family balance show in total?

This would be helpful and easier for the patient to understand the amount due if everyone on family ledger wasn't mixed into total. Would also allow patient to clearly see their balance even if other family members' insurance claims were still bei...

Add a chatting program in the software so there is no needing to get up or out of the op room to get another staffs attention. Other dental software has these option but not on EasyDental. It will be more efficient when it's a busy day at the office

Make the patient name windows longer to fit longer names

More room to add patients names that are very long or have 2 last names. Especially so insurance companies can match them with no issues.

This would be very useful for searching for codes we don't use often along with adding a search bar for codes in Dentrix. It would simplify and save us a lot of time searching for codes.
