Need the signature on file to be checked every time

Under primary Dental insurance the signature on file box has release of information box and assignment of benefits that need to be checked every time sometimes are not. We need this checked every time.

PE Live should be fix

90%of the time that the two way text is not usable unless they log in and log back again to it refresh the software.

Tie Consents to Procedure Codes and Automate them to Patient Status Change when patient arrives

Need better build on consents in chart. Need them tied to a procedure code or range of procedure codes that also will display on appointment book with an alert to obtain signatures for required consents.

Allow autocharges on any day of the week without manually having to click process on credit card consents

Most dental offices are not open 7 days a week and do not have someone who can come in every day to click process credit card autocharges. The autocharge feature is useless in dentrix and i have been having to go to access my iq and manually setup...

We have first visit, last visit on the family file but not next visit. It will be easier to see what the dots next visit would be if it was on the same place.

Allow us to select insurance subscribers from outside of the currently selected family.

Allow users to select any patient as the insurance subscriber/insured party. Do not limit to family members. Does not want to enter patients more than once for insurance purposes.

Be able to have more than 1 ledger open at one time, for different families

This is helpful if you are a multitasker that posts payments and do all other aspects of front desk. So many times I am in the middle of posting an insurance payment and I have to exit with out finishing so that I can post a payment from a patient...
