Show Guarantor DOB on Insurance Aging Report

It would be helpful to have the guarantor's DOB also printed out on the Insurance Aging Report. Prevents having to go into the Family File to look it up.

Medication description in Health History

It would be beneficial to have more characters in the medication description. IE: Instead of just enough for the brand name or generic enough for both the generic, brand and what it is prescribed for.
