Have a way to mark specific accounts so they do not generate statements at all

Intraoffice notes between providers

to communicate with team members with a paper trail not regarding a specific patient, but to leave notes, reminders, etc within dentrix itself

adjustments: allow/disallow certain adjustments per user

We would like to have each adjustment to be activated/deactivated per user. Certain adjustments (ie. Credit/Debit Balance Transfer, Insurance Adjustment) should not be allowed access to all users.

Add the ability to get production numbers by operatory

Certain ops are used for dedicated hygiene or surgery. It would be very helpful for us to select production from specific operatories, and not just by provider.

Hire more call center staff

cut the on hold time. a 45 min on hold time is unacceptable. fix this by hiring temp staff to answer specific service calls

Be able to Update Questionnaires even without changes

We have an expiration of 12 months and would ask patients to renew their forms, but if there are not changes we need to have a way to still update their form to reflect the current date.

Automatic refresh in appt list

It is important for us to avoid scheduling glitches by having the pinboard list and unscheduled appt list automatically refresh same as the appointment book.
