It's my understanding that currently, Delta Dental and other insurers are not able to deposit funds into my dental practice bank account because Dentrix's clearinghouse partner does not allow this very desirable process to work. The ability for all insurance companies to process electronic funds transfer and electronic remittance advice is highly desirable for my practice, and my top request of Dentrix to help provide to customers. I am the practice owner and Dentrix customer for over 15 years. Thank you for considering this.
