break appt - go right to patient's journal for notes

as not to forget which patient's appt was just broken, and not to re-enter through several windows, you should be able to break appt, go right to office journal icon to add notes in patient file

Appointment length for D1110 needs to autopopulate to 60mins

Ticket # 1413187103 D1110 appointment length on 7.2 only populates 30mins instead of 60mins; The rep told me I had to go into individual patient file to click on continuing care to click on prophy, then schedule.
