Right click a tooth on the odontogram to add common findings or planned treatments.

Should be able to right-click a tooth and choose from the most common treatment codes (or custom) and then surfaces without the need for clicking separate buttons in another area. Could pull up decision trees.

Remove Requirement For Remarks for Unusual Service for Certain Proceadure Codes
