There should be an option to turn off the auto chart numbering system. In our office we have our own numeric chart numbering system that is in the 6000 range. Starting with 000001 is not a good option for our practice since we have been in business since 1970's. We want to assign our own number to our patient's records. Please fix this option for us, it is extremely hard to implement this new auto chart numbering in our office.
This option should be placed in the Settings under General - Practice Setup Tab.
