would like to be able to retrieve deleted documents

it would be valuable to have documents that are deleted by mistake or by employees new to dentrix retrieved or reversed

Fixed! :)

We can barely get to the delete box for procedure frequencies because of the right scroll bar (it doesn't matter what our display resolution is; it's always hidden)
