On the Medical History Form (under Questionnaires), currently the list of Medical Alerts and Allergies items are sorted horizontally. This makes it hard for patients to locate their health issue in the list. People tend to look down a list, not across a list. To make items easier to locate for patients, the list of Medical Alerts and Allergies should be sorted vertically, not horizontally.
