There needs to be a place in the insurance date to insert waitng periods!

It needs to be able to let us know that codes won't be covered until that date.

Late charge should specify what family member it applies to, not head of household, on statements

It is confusing on statements when the system automatically names head of household for the late charge. Would like to be able to enter the patient name late charge is attached to, so the bill payer can relate to it.

insurance overpayment

in the past was able to have a pop up when a overpayment was being applied to a claim (usually dual ins.) Was a nice quick way to find that you were needing to address immediately, rather than later. Why was this feature removed?
