Disable Scheduled Password Reset
Passwords are great- however having each employee changing their password at Dentrix request is a bit much. Making the password longer was bad enough. It makes my job harder when they forget their passwords or complain about having to reset.

format insurance claims to list each PA xray on a separate line
List each additional PA D0230 separately on the insurance claim form. We have one insurance company that only reads the line as one PA taken and does not ready the quantity box. I am having to hand write these claims and list each PA separately.

When doing a software conversion, make sure the assignment of benefits is a default
We converted from soft dent to Dentrix and the software did not check the boxes for the release of info and assignments of benefits. It is setup for new patients but not for the existing ones and the patients were receiving the checks from the ins...

Editable Treatment Plan- In Treatment Planner
There are times that the treatment plan does not generate correctly or the insurance is not going to cover a treatment due to frequency. Offer a page to be able to edit the totals to allow for these exceptions.

Post card appointment reminder template
When we generate letters to put on postcards to send to our patients, it would be nice to generate them by appointment time instead of alphabetical order with their last name. All 8:00am first and then so on... in order.
