Passwords are great- however having each employee changing their password at Dentrix request is a bit much. Making the password longer was bad enough. It makes my job harder when they forget their passwords or complain about having to reset.

Thank you for the recommendation, we are always looking for ways to improve the product. we will consider this for a potential future release.
On behalf of Confederation College (Canada), They would also like an option to disable the scheduled password reset. They have +100 students as users so you can tell how complicated it turns out to be.

I agree. The password requirement of more digits, a mix of numbers, and symbols, was bad enough. Now having to change their passwords after few months and the staff struggling to remember that password is a little excessive. It would be nice to have the option of turning that requirement off.
