Allow questionaires to utilized on Firefox and other browsers

We have several patients who use firefox browser and are unable to answer questionaires (i.e. health history). Then the patient comes in and fills out the paperwork manual causing more work for the staff.

Check in forms verbiage it way too long and "Click" is too far into the message DEMAND Force Issue

we send out the check in forms and only get a third of the people to open the text message. They said I just thought it was another reminder. The notification is too wordy. I have already spoke to them and they can not change it.

kiosk patient name special characters

when patients have any special characters in their name it is not finding the patient. We are trying to go paperless as much as possible and if we can't get the patient to login they can't fill out forms. This should be a priority to allow however...

Mobile Charts

It would be great if Doctors could pull up their patient's charts and questionnaire/forms responses on a tablet. Also, if patients could electronically sign forms on a tablet when filling out the questionnaires.
