Supporting TOPAZ System

we have a lot of complaining about Patient can't see there signature when they are signing Patient treatment and consent form we are doing our best to go green. please help us considering TOPAZ system it's the same like epad ll . thank you

Can we please change the Font for hub 1 forms.

It is so difficult to tell if something is a 1, and L, or a lower case i with the font that is being used because the font doesn't have a dot at the top of the i.

Questionnaire-Additional flexibility for website forms

It would be helpful to be able to have 2 classifications on the website. One for New Patient forms and one for exisiting patient forms. Even with the Portal or Kiosk options patients get confused.
