Automated Recall in Hub- add more overdue dates

Currently, we can only have 6 options for patients to get reminders. We need more options so we can have more consistent intervals that can be edited.

Would be great to have patient engage to automatically send reminders for premed.

It would be nice to have a way for patient engage to automatically look at medical history and see the PREMED, then automatically send the reminder with the appointment reminder.

More characters in text messages for reminders.

We are new to using Dentrix Hub for text message reminders. Our previous platform allowed more characters for text message reminders. We are having lots of no shows since the information we usually provide is so limited. Very frustrating!

My business name is SPARK perio & implants. Under Text message settings: The Business Name can only have up to 20 characters. Can you please make it longer, so I can put the name as a whole?
