I would like to be able to remove STOP and HELP from the text message appointment reminders. People are confused by what that means. Some people think that if they need to change an appointment and they respond HELP someone will call them.

YES! The "HELP" is not helpful at all - it gives the office zero information to go off and when we call people in response to it, more often than not we have to leave a message asking them to call us back. They should just be prompted to call in the first place so we can address their concern when its convenient for them.
