The Patient Engage Mobile App should call as if in the office instead of dialing *67 to block the cell number. People tend not to answer calls from Blocked Numbers.

Change the font on the Dentrix Hub
The font in Dentrix Hub is too small in some screens, and the character for "i" (lowercase I) can be mistaken with character "l", (lowercase L)

More characters in text messages for reminders.
We are new to using Dentrix Hub for text message reminders. Our previous platform allowed more characters for text message reminders. We are having lots of no shows since the information we usually provide is so limited. Very frustrating!

My business name is SPARK perio & implants. Under Text message settings: The Business Name can only have up to 20 characters. Can you please make it longer, so I can put the name as a whole?

Remove the STOP and the HELP in a text message that is sent to patients
I would like to be able to remove STOP and HELP from the text message appointment reminders. People are confused by what that means. Some people think that if they need to change an appointment and they respond HELP someone will call them.

Add the year date stamp to Patient reminder texts
Add the year in the text reminders so that patients are aware of the full date. Ex. November 21, 2023. This will lesson confusion as most dental offices are booking out 2+ years.

Copy and Paste option
Please add the copy/paste option for texting. This is a huge inconvenience when we want to send multiple patients a message. We should NOT have to make a template for everything!!!

Improve Comms
Please increase character limit for text. Multiple texts annoy and inconvenience patients. Please also create a schedule in which we can determine a timeframe for when email communications go out.
