Questionnaire-Additional flexibility for website forms

It would be helpful to be able to have 2 classifications on the website. One for New Patient forms and one for exisiting patient forms. Even with the Portal or Kiosk options patients get confused.

Supporting TOPAZ System

patient signature on ipad and online

I find it ridiculous that in this day and age patients can't sign on the ipad or online when they fill out their forms. The signature pads are useless b/c the pt can't see what they are writing and they can't see what they are signing.

Office journal auto-entry lines available

We have to enter the same information repeatedly in the office journal. Auto entry tabs would allow for us to more easily click the information necessary, saving time.

Have patients be able to sign the forms when doing the paperwork online instead of waiting for them to come in and physically sign them that way they are completed and done before the appointment.
