New Patient forms to mimic Website

In dentrix hub we want our new patient forms to mimic the ones we have on our website so when the patient receives the link they match what they would fill out here in the office.

Patient engage-texting and confirmation interference with each other

Wish when texting using Patient Engage that if someone confirms their appointment immediately your text is erased and disappears and have to start over. Or wish it allowed copy and paste.

Hot List- appt has been filled

Hot List- After filling an appt from a group of Pt's that have been notified of an opening, automatically send notice that the appt has been filled.

Provider of Choice

It would be nice to have an area for patients that have a provider that they always want to see, both doctor and hygienist. Some sort of pop-up (NOT an alert) that would come up when scheduling an appointment

typing signature doesn't work

Need help on typing signature for our new patient questionnaire when we had updated our form. The patient's name wasn't recorded when they did it via our website and received it blank. please help

Dentrix Hub texting needs a send icon

When I am composing a message I am used to pressing the 'Enter' key to go down a line. If I press 'Enter' on the Detrix Hub Text it will send the message. This can be a problem because I am sending incomplete information to a patient. Have a 'Send...

Forms: Responsible party relationship to patient

Options for relationship to patient need to include parent NOT child. as it reads it looks like the child is the one responsible for payment

One off messages email option

One off messages via email should be able to respect all the spaces as the template and not sending everything mashed up

Make cell the 1st mandatory field on forms

The 1st field for phone numbers is "Home" which realistically no one has these days, change it to cell phone on forms
