Editing questionnaire templates
I'm surprised it's not possible to edit the questionnaire templates used to build patient forms. I would like to be able to change the verbiage used, eliminate parts of templated sections, and include If/then functions for long lists of questions....

My business name is SPARK perio & implants. Under Text message settings: The Business Name can only have up to 20 characters. Can you please make it longer, so I can put the name as a whole?

As long as the patient provide a phone number, the home number should not be listed as a required* field.
