In the Billing/Payment Agreement Manager it would be helpful to see a history of all past agreements for the family. I would also be extremely helpful to have multiple family members on payment plans .

Reallocations

Should not effect monthly production. You should put line item of reallocations to correct history but not make it look like production for this month on annalysis.

NPI field for referring Dr.

Most medical insurances require the referring Doctor's name and their NPI number on the medical claim. There is not currently a way to add that to the medical claim in Dentrix. There is not a field for the NPI number for referring doctors.

Viewing adjustment notes

It would be nice if everyone could view Adjustment notes without having to "Edit" them. It's annoying to have to put in my password every time I want to read the note. My staff can't read them bc they don't have the user right to edit adjustments.

Ability to run aging account reports for 0-29 days, 30-59 days, etc.

I think all "account" specialists would benefit from this idea. It takes too much time, effort to go through pages and pages of accounts. It works great; 30 days at a time.
