Merge Zipcodes

Possible to merge zip codes? We have a system that allows new patient paperwork to be imported and sometimes. There are several entries for the same city and zip code and some of which are mis-spelled.

Keep the "Select Patient" Button in the upper left hand corner ALWAYS
