Dentrix needs program to inactivate patients that are over 10 old. Right now we have to do it manually and it takes too long.

Office staff would benefit and records as for as correct count of patients being seen.

Patients do not like giving Social Security Number Identify Patient in Dentrix in a different way

Entire practice would benefit along with the patient being more comfortable that secure information is not being entered into a data source. It would eliminate dual patient entries because often times patients will NOT give their SS number
