Need to be able to merge patient accounts/ when we have duplicate accounts

possible duplicate file identified

to avoid duplicate files, having dentrix identify same name/DOB pts with a warning pop up before the new file is created.

merge duplicate patient files

When a front office staff creates a second file for a patient, we cannot merge them to keep the full history together.

Please bring back the missing column for "Provider" in the patient search option

When searching for a patient, all patient's within that name search criteria would come up and in addition would show a column for "Provider". It's a missed feature/column we would love to have back. - Now we have to search patient, choose patient...

Show upcoming appointment

In the family file, where it shows First Visit, Last Visit, and Missed Appt. Please add an additional line showing Upcoming Appt if the PT is currently scheduled.

Look up patient by mobile, work, other phone number not working

When trying to look up a patient by mobile, work, other phone number it does not find the patient even though that number is listed for the patient in one of those fields.

Merging Same Person

We had a patient that was seen here in 1990. He said he was a new patient and have never been here before, so we made him a new account. Now looking back it would be nice if you could merge the same person(s) in case this happens again.

Merging duplicate patient

Entered the same patient twice so now the patient has two charts. Would like to the option too merge into one chart.

when entering ins update relation to status on family file

If status on family file is child, when entering ins info why can it not pull that relation to subscriber from family file status? why do we have to manually put it in and not quite sure why it defaults to spouse or other??
