Family File: First Visit Date / Consent Date

When adding a patient to an existing Family File, it automatically populates the First Visit and Consent Signed date as that date the patient was added to the Family File. This is not helpful. I can count on one hand how many patients we have seen...

automatically adding phone number for added family member

this was on the old format and was removed with the update. the number of the HOH should automatically be placed in any added family member.
