update from child to single

it would be great if the program recognized the age of the patient, when patient hits 18 yrs old, the program would automatically make them single.

ADD ADDITIONAL SPACE IN THE PHONE NUMBER SECTION SO A 1 CAN BE USED FOR LONG DISTANCE

Add an extra character space in the phone number field so that if its a long distance number a #1 can be entered before the phone number

A dismissal status option in patient/family file

this would be helpful to identify those patients that you are not going to welcome back. Dismissed due to collections or bad behavior. instead of archiving them and accidentally bringing them back. it can work similar to the archive in the respect...

Add individual patient balance on family file.

instead of having to go to each persons ledger to see the balance, you would have access to it at first glance. there is a extra column right next to the patients birthday.

Edit Family Relations - Select Address

When using Edit Family Relations to combine two patients into one account, I would like the option to select which address to keep (or to keep both addresses). Or to have the old address save in a note somewhere.

Merge existing patients

I called Dentrix support today because I wanted to merge two single patients in my office who recently got married. Only to be told that this is not possible, However, the merge button exists when you click on Edit family relations.
