this would be helpful to identify those patients that you are not going to welcome back. Dismissed due to collections or bad behavior. instead of archiving them and accidentally bringing them back. it can work similar to the archive in the respect that it removes all upcoming, pending and unscheduled appointments, as well as removes them from the insurance (once the claim is closed) and if we could get it to let us know when we select this if they have an out standing balance.
Might also be nice to have an option to dismiss individual or the whole family so no one is missed.

Or another idea along these lines is when searching the patient it comes up with a "may already exist" pop up if the patient is archived.
