Choosing multiple lines to highlight

Please bring back the ability to use the shift key and the "arrow keys" to allow to highlight line to be deleted or sent to insurance. It is MUCH more convenient than using the mouse. Miss that function terribly. Thanks for listening!

It would be super helpful as now hygiene 1 is retiring April 30 and our hygiene 3 will be working Thursday. I want top open op for hygiene 3 but it opens it as of NOW, when I don't want until May 1 and want to close hygiene 1 for April 30

Option to print walkout & statement from Collections Manager

I like to print groups of statements or walkouts while in the collections manager, but I have to constantly flip between the ledger and the collections manager. It would save a great deal of time!

First Visit needs to be filled in 100% of the time
