Billing statements

With the new update I am unable to uncheck print practice information on my billing statements. I have pre-printed statements and need to be able to un-check this like I have for the last 9 years. Please fix this in the next update.

Dentrix support call cost

Hello, Has anyone recently got told by Dentrix Support that a call to Dentrix technical (if not on a Support plan) costs $1,250 + tax? Just wanted to confirm if this is true or not

Change the way route slips print

Require date of birth when entering in a patient to family file

If the date of birth is not required in order to add a new patient, it is easy to overlook even with the pop-up warning. We need it for the active patient and the subscriber who is a "non-patient" otherwise we are not able to send claims.

Add Teeth #'s to Insurance Pay

Insurance Pay is wonderful... Thank you for adding that feature. PLEASE ADD TOOTH #'s when posting payments. Most office perform several fillings at once and when posting payments from insurance companies.. they pay differently and some no payment...
