It is unbelievable that there is no feature to add what hours and days a provider will be working, or change op color for specific provider. It's crazy that dentrix has to make you manually go through each day and change what provider will be work...

Turn off auto co ordination of benefits when there are multiple insurance policies

Some times the prim insurance denies a claim wrongfully and the secondary pays out the full amount. Then we are stuck having to returns funs that were paid out incorrectly.

Compatibility with 4k monitor

I use 4k monitor for imaging software. Dentrix has issues with 4k. Appears correct then Dentrix modules resize. I was using Dentrix 7.2 prior to upgrade. Worked well with 7.2, but has issues in 7.5. Seems like a step back.

Confirmation to patients that forms were submitted.

They call the office which creates many more calls and when something i not filled out it doesn't stand out enough. Forms are not patient friendly.

Add column in "Fill appointment" feature of last text sent

This is useful so we have a current visual history of the last text sent so we dont select that patient too frequently and make them upset by getting too many texts.
